PwC's Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (C&DT;)



Team is helping to build a secure digital society to keep our economy and businesses protected from cybersecurity threats.

As part of our Digital Identity team, you'll help Australian businesses, multinational corporations, not-for-profits and governments to solve their most complex problems and collaborate with them to improve their cyber resilience.

From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Committed to continuously improving out technical excellence and business acumen as a team, we develop and share thought leadership with the industry, work closely with IAM vendors and partners, engage in frequent knowledge sharing opportunities with our worldwide network of IAM specialists and other cybersecurity experts, attend and participate in industry conferences as a team, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities via our Global Cyber Academy and external paid certifications.

As an Identity and Access Management Director in our Digital Identity team,



with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management and / or Privileged Access Management, your impact will be seen by:

Having a detailed understanding of IAM concepts, best practices and the various Enterprise IAM vendor products in the market (SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft, Okta etc).

Participating in industry discussions and understanding upcoming product roadmaps and IAM trends to preempt client challenges.

Leading client engagements and providing deep technical and architectural leadership to a team of specialists to deliver creative and sustainable Digital Identity services and solutions that address our clients' complex and unique challenges across various industries.

Delivering high quality outcomes to our clients across the entire delivery lifecycle including; strategy, solution architecture and design, and implementation.





Contributing to the strategy, growth and development of PwC's Enterprise IAM capabilities and service offerings, including recruitment activities, marketing opportunities, and partner enablement.

Developing innovative thought leadership through the creation of internal tools and procedures to uplift the team's knowledge base, development of new methodologies, and identification of new technical service offerings.

Combining your technical expertise and problem solving skills to create an unique experience for clients in a rapidly growing area of the security industry.

Working with a globally connected modern and agile team to tailor outcomes that address our clients' requirements.

Focusing on your professional development with access to extensive learning and development courses and vendor certifications





Coaching and mentoring of junior IAM specialists.

Building relationships with other teams across PwC to foster cross collaboration and identify future opportunities.

About you

You will have 7+ years proven experience in Identity and Access Management, providing IAM strategy and architectural services across Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management and / or Privileged Access Management.

You have experience leading IAM delivery teams, engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders across organisations to design and communicate architectural concepts, drive support and adoption of key decisions and subsequently deliver innovative solutions.

You have a familiarity with the market leading products in the Enterprise IAM space and ideally hold certifications in at least one vendor solution (eg. SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft,



Okta).

You are passionate about being at the forefront of technology change, you're ready to help our C&DT; team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.

You want to help nurture and develop junior IAM resources to prepare for future industry trends and provide opportunities for growth.
