**How will you make an impact in this role?**

As a Talent Partner at American Express,



you'll play a strategic role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across the Australia and New Zealand markets. You'll partner closely with Hiring Leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent - ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, energy, and care of the American Express brand.

This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on building relationships, driving process excellence, and creating outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and direct sourcing through to interviews, offers, and onboarding - with a focus on delivering quality hires efficiently for roles across Sales for the A/NZ Market

+ Partner with Hiring Leaders to understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence effective hiring decisions

+ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring readiness for both current and future hiring needs

+ Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, A/NZ, to refine sourcing strategies and enhance the overall recruitment approach





+ Champion operational excellence by leveraging recruitment technology and standard processes to improve speed, consistency, and quality

+ Conduct intake meetings, interviews, and debriefs, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams

+ Work with the Compensation team to develop appropriate packages and negotiate offers

+ Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, providing clear, timely communication at every stage

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Robust communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

+ Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results

+ Skilled at using recruitment tools and data to drive decisions and improve efficiency

+ Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and attention to detail
