Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Experience Manager located in Bendigo, VIC. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the overall guest experience.



Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their stay. Additionally, the role involves training staff and maintaining high standards of communication with guests and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
