This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in diverse projects across various sectors, including commercial, educational, and industrial buildings.

As a Project Cadet, you will play a crucial role in assisting our project management team with the execution and delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, from planning and coordination to quality assurance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities





- Support the project team in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
- Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure they adhere to established deadlines
- Help prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and procurement materials
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Maintain project records and assist in tracking project progress and milestones
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions and problem-solving
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of construction practices and methodologies is favorable
