ROLE
- Manage the operations of multiple tutoring centres, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and performance
- Assist in delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, helping team members develop their skills and align with company standards
- Conduct academic assessments to identify student needs and trackliase with parents about the results
- Maintain and promote a fun, supportive,
and engaging atmosphere for both students and staff
- Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
REMUNERATION
- Casual position
- $30 - $34 per hour + Super
