We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Technicians to join our Melbourne-based team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you’ll build your technical skills in a supportive, diverse, and casual environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing friendly and professional technical support to customers via phone, SMS, email, social media, and more.
Troubleshooting internet and phone service issues in a call centre environment.
Using a ticketing system to manage and document customer interactions.
Collaborating with Team Leaders and following established processes.
Liaising with third-party providers like NBN to resolve service issues.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Solid communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
Familiarity with NBN technologies (fibre, copper, wireless, satellite) is highly valued.
Understanding of internet technologies such as:
TCP/IP, DHCP, PPPoE, DNS
VoIP services
Background in Information Technology.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot various networking devices.
A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
