Alongside that, you’ll support internal teams with joint calls, field training, and customer coaching. We don’t need to be a tech whiz - just someone sharp enough to explain what matters and know when to loop others in.
You can live anywhere in WA, SA or NT – as long as you’re willing to get in front of customers and hit the road when it counts.

The Job
- Be the driving force behind our Gallagher SMB growth across WA, SA, & NT
- Own the road - this is 90% field-based, with travel on your terms
- Support internal teams and businesses with joint calls, demos, and training
- Train customers and partners on Gallagher SMB features, benefits, and commercial value
- Field cross-brand enquiries and loop in the right teams - know when to delegate
- Identify demand, create momentum, and make things happen

What You Bring
- Proven outbound sales or wholesale background preferred (security experience not essential)
- Hungry, well-presented, and professional - someone who gets business done
- Confident presenting and training in commercial settings
- Strong commercial instincts - you know the difference between selling and storytelling
- Must have full working rights and be ready for travel across WA, SA and NT
