Job Description





The Opportunity

This is a 12 Month Maximum Term Contract based out of our Osborne Park Office.

RWWA is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiencies for our employees and stakeholder groups. We are currently embarking on a transformative project to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new Customer Engagement Platform, and we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this critical initiative.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will also manage the day-to-day activities of the project team and the wider RWWA technical teams, ensure alignment with organisational objectives, and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the role will oversee the implementation, governance, and control of their allocated projects, by adhering to project plans, managing risks,



and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery while complying with the organisation's risk frameworks and driving the project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Take ownership of and drive the end-to-end implementation of all allocated projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solution Optimisation: Ensure alignment of the solution with business processes, optimising configurations and customisations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues with the technical teams.
- Change Management: Facilitate with the Change Practice, ensuring that end-users are properly trained and supported.
- Reporting and Financial Oversight: Maintain transparency on project status and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Continuous Improvement:



Conduct post-project evaluations to drive future project success.

Qualifications

About You

Ideally to be successful in this role you will need:

- Experience: Proven experience in managing projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Skills: In-depth understanding of project methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor methods based on project needs.
- Leadership: Ability to influence diverse teams and foster productive relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
- Adaptability: Skilled in managing project challenges and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
