Speech Pathologist | Paediatric Feeding (Narellan)

I’m partnering with a family-focused multidisciplinary clinic in the Narellan area to hire a Speech Pathologist with strong paediatric feeding skills. You’ll begin with a diverse paediatric caseload (including feeding clients) and, within 2–3 months, transition to a pure paediatric feeding caseload, although this can be catered to your preferences. You’ll also provide clinical supervision and case consultation on feeding to the broader SP team.

Salary, flexibility & perks

- $100,000–$120,000 + super (DOE) with regular salary reviews
- Full time or part-time, negotiable start dates; flexible hours and 4-day FT option
- Support from the Directors, team meetings and generous PD (internal program + allowance up to $5,000)

What you’ll do

- Deliver evidence-based paediatric feeding assessment and intervention
- Provide clinical supervision and feeding-specific guidance to SPs; contribute to internal PD
- Maintain high-quality documentation and collaborate across disciplines





Requirements/Skills

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Extensive experience within Paediatric Feeding
