About your roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Crane Operator who will play an integral role within the Maintenance Services team, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to the highest standard in line with company policies and procedures.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Crane Base, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:Operating non-slewing and a variety of slewing cranes up to 220t capacity in a safe mannerEnsuring compliance with rigging procedures and slinging techniquesCompleting crane set-up, rigging and assemblyDeveloping and completing lift plans as requiredEnsuring cranes are inspected and operated in a safe mannerMaintaining cranes in a safe,
clean and tidy conditionWorking with the team and communicating with internal customers as requiredWhat you will bringTo be successfully considered for this role, you should have:A commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamA current CO Crane ticket is preferredDogging, Intermediate Rigging and HR licence would be highly regarded but not essentialAttention to detail and good time management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to self-manageBasic computer skills would be highly regardedWhat's on offerWe know there are many aspects of our employees' lives that are important, and work is only one of these, so we offer benefits to enable your work to fit with your life.
