- 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales
- Strong interest or experience in a SaaS organization
- Passionate about people and building relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Creative problem solving mindset
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Driven as an individual contributor who also enjoys collaboration
Bonus qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience or knowledge in HR or HR tech
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate current business
- Perform timely outbound calls and other communications (email, etc.) to prospect
- Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information in Salesforce CRM
- Attend trade shows, events and conferences
- Network with market influencers, consultants and partners

Compensation and Working Details
Base salary range: $55,000 - $80,500 per annum. 30% variable compensation based on target achievement.
Note
We will consider candidates located in the Sydney Metro Area who are willing to work in the Sydney office at least two days a week. We are committed to pay equity and an inclusive workplace culture.
