We are looking for passionate and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our growing team in Gold Coast . If you enjoy working independently, value flexible hours, and want to make a meaningful impact by supporting people with disabilities and aged care clients to live independently — this role is for you!
Summary
Our passionate and friendly team at Spic-N-Span Gold Coast are looking for Casual Cleaners - immediate start to support and enable our clients living with a disability to maintain happy, healthy and independent lifestyle.
Pay: $32.31 per hour (as per Cleaning Services Award)
+ super + allowances
Hours: Operating hours are 6:30am–5:00pm. Flexible start and finish times within these hours depending on the service run booked for the day.
Start: Immediate start with a fast and simple onboarding process
Team: Supportive crew with ongoing training and a positive work environment
Purpose: Meaningful work helping clients live safely and comfortably at home
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining a hygienic, safe environment tailored to client needs
- Providing friendly, qualified service to NDIS and aged care clients
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card and/or Yellow Card (or eligible to obtain)
- Smart phone and data access for rostering
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination proof
