Kingsley are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Internal Sales Representative, based at its Head Office in Ingleburn, NSW.
We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to join one of the Australian automotive off road and touring accessory industry leaders.





**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answer incoming sales and other related telephone calls, answering queries and taking telephone orders from customers.
- First point contact for product use, installation and quality issues, both dealers & end users.
- Answer customer queries in relation to freight including quotes, delivery updates & tracking.
- Outbound sales calls as time permits & with specific deal bundles.
- Compliance with order processing and product returns & credits procedures.
- Open & accurate communication with other business functions to ensure great customer service. This includes field sales team, product engineering, warehouse and credit.

**About you**:

- Sales skilled: can understand customer needs and sell solutions that meet those needs.
- Customer focused.
- Attention to detail with good follow-up on required actions.
- Sales experience in 4wd or car automotive segment, preferably in an inside sales position.
- Action orientated.
- Approachable: puts people at ease and is easy to talk to.




- Strong verbal communication skills; able to diagnose product issues & provide explicit instructions for resolution.
