**About the opportunity**

As Technology Services Support Officer, you will play a crucial role maintaining the performance and reliability of NSW SES IT infrastructure. The primary focus will be to assist with day-to-day support and upkeep of desktops, servers, monitors, multi-functional devices (MFDs), and other essential hardware.

You will work closely with staff across the organisation to promptly address technical issues,



ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.

Beyond troubleshooting, you will also contribute to new hardware installations, system configurations, and routine maintenance tasks. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills while playing an important role in supporting an IT environment.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have technical support experience with desktops, laptops,



servers and monitors.
- Have strong organisational skills for tracking tickets, managing assets, and documenting work.
- Have knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements. (Such as patching and asset management)
- Be able to clearly communicate and contribute positively to projects and procurement processes.
- Have experience with Microsoft device management tools, especially Intune (desirable).
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
