Our main focus is our clients' experience whilst working amongst an inspiring and creative environment and great team culture.We are excited to offer a wonderful opportunity to join our growing family, based in Brisbane, working autonomously on the road, from home and from our Fortitude Valley Showroom.Your role will focus on Business Development and Account Management, leveraging your existing network and relationships with Architects, Designers, Developers, Builders and Contractors to enhance our presence and drive sales in QLD and Northern NSW.
Additionally, you will focus on strengthening and servicing our existing clientele to support the continued growth of our business.
You will be a true brand ambassador who is fiercely independent, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.Your Responsibilities:Developing new and building existing relationships across QLD and Northern NSW to increase sales through proactive engagement and networking to achieve individual and company targets and KPI'sCreating and delivering supplier presentations and library sampling requirementsEffective communication,



follow up skills and knowledge of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful sales conversions and project deliveryReporting on sales activities, market trends and market conditions and identifying and implementing new sales strategies that align with company objectivesPlanning, managing and executing events and promotional activitiesMaintain our ERP and CRM accuratelyProduct and brand knowledge and self-educationRequirements:Demonstrated experience and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role within the architecture and interiors industryExceptional people skills with proven ability to build and maintain successful and trusted relationships and network effectively, including an existing network of industry clientsStrong ability to read people with excellent listening and questioning skillsProactive, results-driven,



passionate, committed and highly self-motivated with the desire for continual evolutionPositive and humble with the ability to remain calm under pressureHigh level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness and a strong sense of integrity, loyalty and honestyStrong time management, follow up and problem solving skills with the ability to deal with and resolve difficult situations, challenges and conflictHigh level of professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenPersuasive with exceptional storytelling skillsStrong ability to prospect, plan and prepare sales activities to develop businessHighly organised with meticulous attention to detail yet efficient with a strong ability to prioritise competing deadlines,
