About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Greet customers at reception and manage incoming calls
General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
Book service appointments and manage workshop schedules
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
Keep vehicle and customer records updated and accurate
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in the same or a similar role
Strong communication and confident phone manner
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Friendly, helpful attitude and a focus on customer service
