ARCway Careers are seeking a recent school leaver who is keen to develop their Retail career within the community and aged care sector.
This entry-level traineeship is the perfect opportunity to learn on the job, get paid, and gain a Certificate III in Retail – all while working in a professional showroom environment that helps customers with essential everyday equipment and products.
About the Role :
As an Entry-Level Sales Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face for customers visiting the showroom.
You’ll learn how to assist customers with product information, manage orders, and support the overall customer experience — all with plenty of guidance and support along the way.
What You'll Be Doing :
Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
Learning about products and how to confidently demonstrate them
Supporting customers with orders, tracking, and paperwork
Assisting with phone and email enquiries
Helping maintain the look and feel of the showroom
What We're Looking For :
No experience necessary – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Friendly and confident communication skills
Interest in customer service, retail, or healthcare products
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
Basic computer skills (we’ll teach you everything else!)
Must be eligible to undertake a Certificate III in Retail (Australian / NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents)
Please note: Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of required pre-employment checks, including a Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening
