We are looking for experienced Bid Writers, Bid Managers and Bid Coordinators to join our team.

Role Description





We seek Bid Writers and Bid Managers who possess:

- Curiosity – you’re a fast learner and a creative thinker
- Problem solving ability – you may need to think outside the box to support the solution!
- Great written and verbal communications skills – that’s a no brainer!
- Experience – preferably 3+ years working on big bids
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Tech toolkit – ability to use the Office 365 suite is a must
- Understanding of and/or interest in AI and proposal automation software
- Experience working in a communications consultancy environment is a plus
- Values driven mindset – we’re all about accountability.

The ability to write and edit copy is essential - our Bid Writers and Bid Managers are hands on - in addition to overseeing and managing the proposal process.

You will support the development and execution of bid-winning strategies; conduct research; prepare, manage,



write and edit bids/proposals (and other communications); format documents; facilitate workshops; manage bid teams; collaborate and engage with external stakeholders and collaborate with winwork360 and client team members to deliver best-for-bid outcomes ensuring all documentation is compliant and submitted on time.

This hybrid role is based in the Greater Melbourne Area, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
