Alex Fraser is Australia’s largest manufacturer of recycled construction materials and an innovative asphalt production and paving company. We transform mountains of rubble into high-grade civil construction materials, recovering precious resources and dramatically reducing the carbon footprint of major infrastructure projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the team at our Epping Recycling Facility in Victoria.
In Your New Role, You Will

- Lead the overall operations of the Epping site, including the manufacture of recycled concrete, rock, and asphalt-based products in line with safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in site operations, resource utilisation, and operational efficiency.
- Manage site performance through effective planning, people leadership, and the implementation of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and environmental and safety regulations.
- Champion a culture of Zero Harm and a proactive safety-first approach.
- Foster a strong team culture and develop high-performing teams through coaching and leadership.





We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in crushing, quarrying, earthworks or recycled materials manufacturing.
- Holds a current MR Heavy Vehicle licence and LE & LL Excavator & Loader certificate of competency.
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in a production or operations environment.
- Is self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Brings strong communication and team leadership skills, with a passion for safety, sustainability, and delivering exceptional service.
