The Opportunity
A Patient Services Administrator has the primary role of providing exemplary customer service to the patients, clinicians, and other departments of our Brisbane Newstead Facility .
This role involves interacting with patients to ensure a quality experience by providing excellent service, answering questions, and diffusing frustrating or difficult situations during their IVF journey .
About You
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team player. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
- Demonstrated 1–2 years of Medical Reception or similar customer service experience
- Experience as a clinician secretary in OBGYN is advantageous
- Must have experience in the health industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Clinic2Cloud, Genie software, or similar practice management software
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Cost quoting, Medicare billing, and private health billing
- Booking internal and external appointments within the clinic and Day Hospital
- Answering customer questions on various complex matters related to the IVF journey and daily inquiries
- Providing information about all IVF services offered by City Fertility
