Contact Centre Consultants Wanted!
If you’re someone who thrives on providing exceptional service, become a part of our integral and dynamic team as a Contact Centre Consultant in a permanent PART TIME- or FULL-TIME role.
Please specify which role you want in your application.
Part-time Hours: Mon to Fri 2pm to 6pm – 20 Hours
Full-time Hours: Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm – 38 Hours
For successful candidates, you must have full-time availability for the first 4 weeks of training. You will work 10:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday for the first 2 weeks for System and Product Training, then a further 2 weeks to embed your learning.
For successful candidates, you must also be available to attend a 1hr pre-employment assessment.

About the role:
- The Contact Centre operates between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday including all public holidays except Christmas Day.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and new customers.
- Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.
- Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in customer service, healthcare or the fitness industry (call centre, office, retail, hospitality, nursing, social work, fitness and aged care backgrounds are welcome).
- A passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses a compassionate, empathetic and patient manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Customer Management Systems/Databases is preferred but not essential.
- Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
