We’re seeking a passionate and experiencedWork Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to champion our safety-first culture and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
What you’ll do:

- Drive WHS&W; initiatives across diverse healthcare settings
- Lead wellness programs that support physical and mental health
- Maintain and improve WHS systems, policies, and documentation




- Support audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Analyse and report on WHS&W; data

What you bring:

- Degree or Diploma in WHS or related field
- 3+ years in a senior WHS role, with strong claims management experience
- Deep knowledge of WHS and workers compensation legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in wellness programs and internal auditing (highly desirable)
