You'll lead a dynamic, high-performing team across architecture, delivery, and engineering to evolve our network services, influence strategic outcomes,
and elevate the organisation's digital backbone.As the champion of the Networks product suite, you'll own the roadmap, optimise service performance, and represent the voice of the customer.
If you're passionate about leading change, forging impactful relationships, and delivering business-aligned technology outcomes - this is your opportunity to make a global impact.Day to day:Responsible for defining and executing the product strategyIdentify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitorsCollaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the productWork with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customersTrack key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention,
and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and updateYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:5+ years professional experience in a product management role (Networks)Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experienceBusiness Acumen: Strong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product successAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisionsLeadership: Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver their best workCommunication: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executivesStrong Product Vision: Create a clear and compelling product vision and guide the team towards achieving the product goalsProduct Management:
Use best-practice product management methodologies to rapidly research, prototype, test and iterate new featuresProduct Roadmap: Assists with the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap outlining key milestones and priorities for the product development teamCustomer Focus: Deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needsStrategic Thinking: Able to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successfulCollaboration: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product and marketingWhy Flight Centre??Culture:
