and built to last.We're looking for an experienced Carpenter with Site Manager potential who shares our values of integrity, craftsmanship, and care for people, the planet, and the details that matter.What you'll do:- Work across custom residential builds, including Passive House and bushfire-resilient homes- Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and trades to deliver quality workmanship- Lead by example, potentially managing site activities while also jumping on the tools- Interpret plans and specifications to deliver high-quality, sustainable builds- Mentor apprentices and work collaboratively with trades and subcontractors- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld on every site- Liaise with project teams to coordinate materials, timelines, and site communicationWhat you bring:- Trade-qualified with at least 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and a proactive approach to safety- Great communication skills and a problem-solving mindset- Experience supervising others,
