About the Role

Our client is seeking a high performing Marketing Manager – Customer and Channel, to spearhead the development and execution of our customer and channel marketing strategy aimed at achieving profit, market share, and growth ambitions. In this role, you will manage an annual promotions and events calendar, represent this known brand at key trade shows in an impactful way, and focus on driving strategic outcomes and lead generation.

You will play a pivotal role in leading retail advocacy efforts to enhance customer engagement and strengthen the premium brand preference. Collaborating closely with the broader marketing team, you will also manage new product launches with retail partners,



ensuring timely execution and impactful standout aligned with our strategic goals. While the primary focus of this role is on B2C channels, there will also be opportunities to engage with B2B customers.

About You

The ideal candidate is comfortable in challenging the status quo and rethinking how we go to market with our customer and channel partners. You will bring proven experience as an awesome Channel, Customer, or Trade Marketing Manager, coupled with a strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics. You will have successfully created and executed customer marketing plans and possess exceptional strategic thinking abilities. Your collaborative approach and strong communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, lead annual business planning meetings including JBPs and QBRs.
