Our aim is to improve safety, service, people, and costs whilst contributing to, and delivering the strategic change for the benefit of CSR and our customers.

The Opportunity:

CSR are currently Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team based in Blacktown, NSW.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Production Manager you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include driving team performance through personnel development, asset maintenance and safety enhancement to ensure the efficient functioning of warehouse and distribution operations.



Join us in optimizing our warehouse operations to exceed customer expectations and achieve organizational goals.

About the role:

- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and COR guidelines
- Promote a strong safety culture across the team
- Communicate clearly and manage team training and engagement
- Oversee stock accuracy, dispatch processes, and warehouse documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and transport partners
- Manage daily warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement
- Handle labour hire, onboarding, rosters, payroll, and timesheet processing

You will be working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

About you:

- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

- Experience / knowledge with aluminium products will be an advantage.

- Strong safety mindset and understanding of WHSE policies
- Forklift licence and experience,



and High-Risk work permits are advantageous
- Leadership or 2IC exposure
- Background in logistics and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with safety protocols and documentation
- SAP experience and experience with scissor lifts, heavy vehicles, and warehouse machinery is desirable
