They are embarking on a strategic transformation journey to modernise how they engage with members, manage operations, and deliver services across their organisation.As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, people-focused solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, the Power Platform, and next-generation tools like Copilot and Azure AI.What You'll Be Working OnDesigning, configuring, and optimising solutions across D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Centre)Supporting the delivery of AI-enabled tools and case management workflowsLeading workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specificationsCollaborating with solution architects, analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiencesAssisting with data migration from legacy platforms into D365Contributing to testing, training, and change management initiativesSupporting system performance, data integrity,
