We are redefining how rubber is reused in Australia cleaner, smarter, and local.We are now looking for a driven Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and deliver long-term value to industries that include construction, landscaping, flooring, transport, and government procurement.What You'll Be DoingIn this newly created role, youll be part of a passionate team bringing recycled, sustainable, and performance-driven products to the market.Your responsibilities will include:Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify and engage new prospects across builders, architects, landscapers, councils, and distributorsDrive outbound sales via calls, emails, site visits, trade shows,



and eventsQualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline using our CRM systemClient Relationship ManagementBuild long-term partnerships and deliver end-to-end account managementProvide technical product information and sustainability insightsManage orders, follow up on quotes, and ensure high levels of satisfactionSales Strategy & Market DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales plans across defined territory/sectorMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activityRepresent ThroughCycle at expos, industry events, and presentationsWhat Youll Bring To The TableProven B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, landscaping, flooring, or related sectorsConfident communicator with a relationship-first sales approachPassion for sustainability, innovation,
