We train our Travel Managers to be experts in managing their customers' total travel program and building multi-level relationships.Having a positive attitude and being a team player with strong communication skills is important for this role.
You will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of the customer relationship for the clients within your own SME portfolio.
You will bring a customer focussed mindset to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.What You Will Bring2+ years experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel managementGDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regardedExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict SLAsAbility to contribute to a cohesive team environmentTo be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationshipsWhat's In It For You?So, if you're passionate about customer service,
