Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement call plans to ensure efficient and effective coverage of customers




- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Provide engineering back up to distributors and end users, both theoretical and hands on
- Ensure all customer call and information is updated in SalesForce on a regular basis
- Develop market understanding to ensure business growth
- Gain a thorough understanding of Schaeffler products including bearings, maintenance products and condition monitoring systems to effectively communicate value to clients
- Achieve sales targets and provide feedback to management on market activity
- Develop new buisness through distribution sales channels directly and end users

Your Qualifications

- Recognised degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field. Candidates with a mechanical trade certificate are also encouraged to apply
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer facing technical sales role with a successful track record
- Experience in the rotating equipment field would be highly advantageous
- Strong time management and problem solving skills




- Experience working with distribution partners would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Schaeffler products
- Willingness to travel throughout New South Wales as required
