Conveniently located in the Northlakes Estate, our 106 place-service has a strong reputation within the local community. We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young children's growth.
You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Rates: $33.50-$41.30 (hourly)

Essential Qualifications
- Certificate III,
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.
- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.
- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.
- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.
- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.
- Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
