About the Role
This is a senior-level opportunity for a Business Analyst who thrives on strategic transformation and is ready to shape the business analysis function. Working within a project-focused PMO, you'll lead the adoption of best-practice frameworks, elevate BA governance and drive high-value retail and systems change initiatives. The role spans enterprise-level system improvements, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and the rollout of standardised tools and processes. It’s a chance to make your mark in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and champion standardised business analysis practices and frameworks
- Lead the delivery of major retail transformation projects from discovery to execution
- Map business processes, identify improvements, and translate complex needs into technical outcomes
- Drive data analysis, reporting and performance tracking to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change adoption across teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally with 3+ years in retail
- Skilled in business process mapping (e.g. BPMN 2.0, Visio) and advanced data analysis
- Strong communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in leading BA practices and mentoring others
- Comfortable working across Agile, hybrid or traditional project environments
