Willoughby etc.About The Role Qualified Carpenter to undertake a Leading Hand role on high-end residential projects.Will report into the Project Manager and company Director.Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus super.Duties Assist with site management and supervision of tradesManagement of carpenters and apprentices.Reading and interpreting architectural plansAssisting with scheduling tradesAssisting with ordering materialLiaising with the client and project stakeholders as requiredEnsure site WHS is adhered toSkills & Experience Trade qualified carpentry background - Certificate III in Carpentry.Experience of working on high-end luxury residential projects from start to finish - new builds, renovations, extensions.Positive attitude.Able to work in a team and collaborative environment,How to Apply
