Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Contact Centre Customer Service Consultants to join our team in our Canning Vale, Perth location.



If you are available to work afternoon shifts to 6pm each day but not looking for full time work we are still keen to hear from you. Just clearly state what hours you are looking for in your cover letter.

**Contact Centre Hours of Operation**:

- Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm
- Must be available to work until 6pm

As part of our customer service team, you will be providing delicious healthy meals for time poor people and those wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

**In this role, you will**:

- Answer calls from customers
- Provide accurate product information
- Accurately update customer records
- Assist customers with complaints and resolve efficiently and effectively
- Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement
- Promoting our extensive range of products and delivery services

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Previous experience working in a busy call centre environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Be flexible and adaptable to change

About the Training




New contact service consultants are well supported with a thorough induction and training program to bring you up to speed ensuring that you thrive in your new role. The induction and training program consists of 2 weeks classroom learning and 2 weeks transition to live calls, 100% supported by experienced call coaches and Team Leaders.
