**The Role**
The Customer Service Team Member is an integral role to the guest experience as you will be our clients’ customers first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.
The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and an ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our client’s and their customers.
This role is based at the Macquarie Centre shopping centre and the roster is:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020/Cleaning Services Award 2020

- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- 5-star customer service skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic personality
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure
- Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
- **Full NSW Drivers Licence is essential** as Valet parking is a part of the role
- Prior customer facing customer service or hospitality, retail,
hotel concierge experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
