**Property Manager - Glen Waverley**
Work for a well known and growing real estate office with 1-2 days per week WFH flexibility, infrequent 1 in 6 rotating Saturdays (half days) and time in lieu.
Join a growing and dedicated team with 25+ Staff and manage 170 properties, residential homes and apartments, with a clean handover from the current property manager. Using PropertyMe systems with the latest systems and procedures, this team runs efficiently and like a well oiled machine!
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Manage your own portfolio of 170 properties,
residential homes/apartments around Glen Waverley area
- Manage accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some administrative support
- Conduct lease renewals and finalise condition reports and inspections
**WHATS ON OFFER**:
- Up to $75,000+ Superannuation
- Phone, laptop are provided
- 1-2 days work from home
- Car park on site

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Car and drivers licence
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
