**Description**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for friendly and experienced administration professional to join our Admin team at our paediatric therapy clinic located at Lane Cove West. The working day is always occupied, filled with lots of beautiful children and meaningful work. We are a team that delivers on our values; GROW, HOPE, SHARE and LOVE.
**In this role you would be responsible for**:
- Assisting in greeting all visitors to the therapy clinic creating a great first impression.
- Answering and directing phone calls queries.
- Rostering and rescheduling customer meetings and appointments.
- Developing rapport with the children and families to build a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
- Ensuring all daily and intensive therapy appointments are checked in, invoiced and all necessary paperwork correctly processed.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and payments, including follow up of accounts and collection.
- Processing NDIS Claims and Service Bookings
- Processing Patient Intake Forms and relevant T&Cs.;
- Provide input into the development of administrative practices and procedures and find ways to improve processes.
- Other general reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Admin experience in a reception/scheduling environment - highly desired
- A friendly, person with the ability to develop positive relationships with our customers as well as our team.
- A proactive person with a high level of administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Previous administration experience (medical reception desirable).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A Working With Children Check WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
- A NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
