(KXQ-399) - Boilermaker & Mechanical Fitters

Tecside are seeking multiple experienced **Mechanical Fitters **to join various sites across Sydney within the civil and manufacturing industry. The roles are for **immediate start, ** **8-10hour shifts** pending on site requirement**, ** with the following ;
- Day Shifts: 6AM - 2PM + O/T when required.
- Monday to Friday
- $45-$50 p/h, pending on sites and experience.

**As part of the team, you will be involved in daily operations**:

- Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Perform general fabrication and pipe welding duties - Stick & TIG
- Ability to conduct fitting duties include use of; gear reduction, compressors,



hydraulics cylinders, pumps, pipe work and other process equipment.
- Application of general fitting works - inspection, quality control, refurbishments and maintenance checks

**To be successful in these positions, you will need the following;**
- _Mechanical Trade Certificate _
- Prior welding and maintenance repair experience
- Physically fit
- Forklift licence (LF) _- desirable _
- High attention to detail
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Collaboratively be able to work in a team, liaising with other departments
- Willingness to learn and work on range of projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
