**The Company**

They are expanding their team and seeking a driven, charismatic and relationship-orientated Area Sales Manager to help them drive further growth and build lasting customer relationships in a designated territory.
**About the Role**
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and fostering relationships with clients across your territory. You will work closely with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored steel solutions to meet customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your area.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing expert guidance and ensuring top-notch service.
- **Market Insight**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maximise sales and stay ahead in the industry.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and meet customer expectations.
**About You**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing,
or steel industries
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product details
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A valid driver’s licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
