We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager / Creative Strategist to join our team. This role serves as the primary bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, delivering exceptional client service, and driving creative strategies that achieve business goals. You will lead campaign planning, oversee project execution, and provide strategic insights to optimise client performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary assets and information are gathered.




- Develop comprehensive creative strategies aligned with client objectives, brand voice, and market insights.
- Create and distribute detailed creative briefs to internal teams including content creators, designers, and ads specialists.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to provide actionable optimisations.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present results, gather feedback, and plan next steps.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client communications, project plans, and campaign reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
- Recommend new ideas and innovations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Creative Strategist, or similar role in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, creative processes, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
