You will have prior experience in a busy restaurant environment and be confident in delivering exceptional service with a relaxed, casual flair. You must be able to lead the staff by example, have strong communication skills, exceptional time management and professional presentation skills.
Lead and motivate a passionate team
Supervise, train and coordinate new and existing staff
Book events and oversee the operations
Drive the business to achieve financial targets
Maintain rosters in accordance with the award and financial budget
Prepare the restaurant and manage service
Oversee and ensure adherence to all Cleaning, OH&S; and compliance responsibilities within the department
Develop and implement promotional activity within the department
Hold and attend regular staff and management meetings

Salary: $27.00 - $40.50 per hour
