Role Overview
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on warehouse operations and local delivery, with the versatility to support sales and customer service when required. You will be instrumental in ensuring the warehouse is well-organised and stocked, while delivering goods with efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a positive attitude—someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives on building genuine customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods from the warehouse
Complete timely and accurate local deliveries using company vehicles
Assist with in-branch customer service and basic sales support
Test and install batteries (training provided)
Maintain stock levels, warehouse cleanliness,
and product organisation
Support field sales reps with stock and customer service backup
Represent RedPoint with professionalism, reliability, and pride
What We’re Looking For
A passion for customer service and helping others
Reliable and physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain within 3 months
Background in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations
Interest in automotive or mechanical trades
