Due to exceptional growth, we have an exciting B2B sales opportunity and are seeking a motivated and driven New Business Development Manager based in Hurstville, Sydney.

RSEA Safety is a fast-growing and leading independent omni-channel player in the safety market with approximately 1000 employees. We help companies like Boral and KFC keep their employees safe through the supply of workwear, work boots, personal protective equipment, workplace,
and road safety products.
RSEA Safety offers a comprehensive range of trusted brands like Carhartt, ELEVEN, Wolverine, Steel Blue, Blundstone, CAT, 3M, Blue Rapta and Uvex. We also have an in-house design and custom development team to meet unique customer requirements.

As a New Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. You’ll bring energy, discipline, and a hunger to win new accounts, combined with strong relationship-building skills.
You will have proven experience in prospecting, pipeline management, client engagement and proposals, and be able to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Your ability to solve problems, understand customer drivers, and manage expectations in a fast-paced sales environment will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients to drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Understand and stay informed on industry trends and market shifts
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
- Strong background in B2B sales, ideally with a service or solution-based product
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude
- Previous tender experience is a bonus, but not essential
