Step into a Leadership Role in Public Practice Accounting – Central Gold Coast Location
Depending on your experience, you may join at the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level, with scope and salary reflective of your title.
This growing Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking a leadership-focused accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring and supporting junior staff. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, reviewing completed work, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:
️ 4+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
️ 1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
️ CA/CPA qualified or near completion
️ Based on the Gold Coast or open to relocating
️ Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style
About the Role:
You’ll work alongside the Partner in one of our Tax and Advisory teams, delivering the full suite of compliance and advisory work for a broad, interesting mix of clients.
Your role will involve:
Manage your own portfolio of clients with a focus on high-quality service
Mentor, train, and support junior team members
Collaborate with Partners and leadership to drive team success
Provide expert tax and business advisory services

- Degree educated accountant having practiced in both Big4 and boutique firm environments
