Our client is looking for a Change and Training Manager to join a large transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:




Provide change management advice and recommendationsDefine the training approach and support the development and delivery of training as required.Designed and Deliver targeted training programsConduct training assessmentsEvaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business;Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change; Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a Change and Training ManagerExperience working on a kronos upgrade/ implementation projectExperience with instructional delivery and facilitation, specifically delivering small and large group forums or workshopsTraining certifications will be highly regarded
