We're partnering with a prominent South Australian Government department to recruit a Finance Accounts Officer with a strong financial operations focus. Based in the Adelaide CBD, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, high-performing branch responsible for overseeing a state-wide portfolio of infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
Support financial operations through reconciliations, journals, and analysis Monitor and manage Accounts Payable & Receivable Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and audit preparation Provide day-to-day administrative support across a dynamic branch Contribute to policy, report drafting, and process improvement initiatives Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support key financial activities
About You
You bring:
Strong experience in finance administration, preferably within government or large organisations Confidence using financial systems and Microsoft Office tools Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,



collaborative environment A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for accuracy and process improvement
Requirements
Must have current Australian working rights Willingness to undergo a criminal history check Some intra-state travel and after-hours work may be required
