providing high-quality client services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What You'll DoAs part of the Supreme Court Registry team, you will:Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth court operations.Respond to routine client enquiries and manage data entry and records.Prepare court files and process documents including subpoenas, exhibits, and outcomes.Liaise with judiciary, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to uphold service standards.Adapt to work across different jurisdictions and support improved work practices.You'll work as part of a collaborative and professional team committed to delivering excellent client service in a high-volume, high-profile environment.What We're Looking ForStrong literacy and numeracy skills with attention to detail.Ability to provide accurate, timely and consistent information in a busy environment.Commitment to customer service and working collaboratively with others.Adaptability and initiative in responding to changing priorities and court requirements.Download the Role DescriptionTo apply directly via the DCJ Careers site click here.
