It's a unique opportunity to architect CRM and Power Platform solutions that drive real change in our customers' businesses.We need a strong player who brings the following:Strong previous CRM and Power Platform background with the capability to message the value proposition unique for each customer engagement and industryAbility to quickly learn a customer's business and applications complementary to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in order to be able to define, scope and specify solutions consistent with 'best practices' and 'fit for purpose' principles in the Power PlatformExperience delivering high quality customised presentations to 'C' level and subject matter experts, demonstrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform product features/benefits, helping customers understand how the solution will meet their needsProven ability to engage customers with strong presentation and demonstration skillsDeep knowledge of how the Power Platform works and which components are most suited to which purpose, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio,



and the first party Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applicationsAbility to stay on top of the evolving capabilities of the Power PlatformAbility to write quality solution responses across all levels of detail, from sales proposals and RFI/RFP responses down to detailed designs for developers to execute onEnsure customers derive maximum value from their investments.You will have:7+ years' experience in solution consulting with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power PlatformStrong operational or technical background with the capability to operate at the highest level whilst understanding and influencing the detailIntelligent, motivated and competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude and who will want to be a constant learner of new solutions and new release materialUnderstanding of the breadth of capability across the Microsoft suite of Business Applications, Azure Platform, and Modern WorkAbility to work with strong stakeholders,



articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution architectureExperience designing, developing, costing and integrating services/applicationsStrong business acumen and an ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are a mustUnderstanding and desire to align to high-performing teams delivering across a variety of methodologiesProven experience in developing design documents expressing complex architectures, including data models, solution blueprints, application landscapes, capability frameworks, and more.It'll help if you have:Experience in designs aligned to TOGAF or other architecture frameworksExperience designing integrations with ERP systems, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations via dual-writeExperience working with a variety of integration platforms,
