ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Accountability for achieving all revenue targets and having an agile approach to managing the business to ensure these targets are met.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies to ensure the business is run effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver all HR requirements for the business, including training, coaching, succession planning and developing talent pipelines for all leadership roles.
- Oversee all operational requirements of the business including marketing, security, maintenance, food and beverage service, sales and events, gaming and cash management.
- Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control, and consistency in accordance with company's expectations.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven excellence in Operations or Venue Management in a large multifaceted venue.
- Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded.
- Possess a comprehensive set of food and beverage service and operations skills and a focus on customer service.
- Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.
- Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments, stakeholders as well as key customers.
- Immaculate presentation paralleled with hands on service delivery.
- Confident in 'managing up' and influencing teams.
- Excellent communication; written and verbal.
