Based at our new Silverwater warehouse, the Delivery and Warehouse Coordinator role will be an integral contributor our team and the fast-growing data centre, data, and communications industry. This full-time position is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and ready to be a key player in a busy, progressive team.

In this role, you'll:

- Provide transport for equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.

- Assist with the efficient handling of deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organising stock.

- Support the team with general office coordination and administrative functions.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organised,



and running smoothly while following safety procedures.

- Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment, following reporting procedures and guidelines.

- Work with the operations team to provide support for deliveries and warehouse tasks.

- Adhere to all WHS regulations, including safe lifting techniques and handling procedures.

What you'll bring:

- Hold a current drivers licence and be experienced driving a ute and towing a box trailer.

- Possess a current White Card , valid for NSW.

- Hold a current forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.

- Have proven experience in warehouse operations, stock handling and making deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

- Bring a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines , including safe lifting and manual handling techniques.

- Be proficient with using the MS 365 (Office) suite.

- Have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Be a strong communicator, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Have a proactive,



with a can-do attitude.
